YESNO
Runs small, runs long, the print looked different in daylight — the partner return network takes it back.
Anything can go back within 30 days of delivery for a refund or an exchange, through the same retail partner network that delivered it. Trying a dress on at home, walking to the mirror and deciding no is a normal return — keep the tags attached and the piece unworn beyond the try-on, unwashed and free of makeup, deodorant marks and pet hair. A garment with a genuine defect goes back regardless of any of that.
Returns ride the same partner networks as deliveries — carrier counters, lockers and drop-off desks across all 50 states, most a short drive away. No appointment, no repacking theater at the counter: the first scan at the drop-off point starts the refund clock.
Once the partner return center receives and inspects the parcel, the refund travels back to the original payment method through the partner that charged it. Plan on 5–7 business days before it lands on the statement.
Need the M instead of the S, or the terracotta floral instead of the navy? Say so in the first email — if the replacement size or print is in stock at the partner warehouse, it is held for you while the return travels back. Size swaps are the most common exchange we see, and the fastest.
A split seam, a missing button, a zipper that jams, a print flaw across the front panel — photo to hello@yesno-2tq.pages.dev within 7 days of delivery and the partner replaces or refunds at no cost. The garment only travels back if the partner center asks for it. Defects are our side of the deal, not yours.
